Whatever your goals, our gym is designed to ensure you get results. Whether it's simply fitting some exercise into your busy lifestyle, or losing some weight, we'll create a plan just for you.
The plan includes your ideal workout, plus it gives you a diet and eating guide. Your first two sessions with Venus Fitness for Women are booked in, so we can take you step by step through everything we have to offer. We make sure you'll be confident to do the workout on your own - but we're always nearby for advice or a chat!
We take pride in our studio environment and you will find that it is always clean and immaculate. We believe that in a clean and ordered environment, you're free to focus on your session.

PERSONAL TRAINING
At Venus Fitness for Women we offer Personal Training to both individuals and groups. If a gym membership isn't your style then come in and book your Personal Training sessions. Our trainers will make sure you get the best possible workout for your needs. They will track your progress and give healthy eating tips along the way.

Our small, intimate studio is filled with easy to use equipment, so they're not intimidating or hard to use. Plus we're always at hand to help and advise you. And because we're small, we can get to know you and your needs - it's like working out with a friend.

CORE STRENGTH
Think of your core muscles as the sturdy link in a chain connecting your upper and lower body. Whether your hiltting a tennis ball attending the gym or mopping the floor the necessary motions either originate in your core or move through it. At Venus Fitness for Women we focus on core strength as this is very important in every aspect of our lives. Some examples are simply bending to put your shoes on, looking behind, having a healthy back, good posture, balance and stability.
